Serta Latex Mattress

Serta latex mattress: At first the mattress was wonderful! Comfort was 100% but after one year the mattress started to change, indentations began to be noticeable.

We turned the mattress as stated on the instructions but the indentations kept getting worse. Now, three years later the mattress has definate "sink holes"...I feel like I am rolling downhill when my husband is next to me. My nights are often interrupted with trying to get comfortable.

The warranty for 25yrs. is not available because of a stain that occurred when a drink was spilled (The fine print of the mattress warranty says that it cannot have any stains).

We paid $2000.00 dollars for this mattress and I would NEVER recommend purchasing this product..it is a costly disappointment!!!

Very sorry to hear about your experience but thanks for sharing! By any chance was it a pillowtop? We'd be surprised to hear this about a regular latex mattress.
