We are returning this model after 11 months due to a hump running across the mattress where our bodies lay. Sleep Country Canada has agreed to replace this mattress.

I am displeased with this mattress as it gives me back pain and I can barely walk in the morning for about 30 min. I have never had lower back issues in my life prior to purchasing this mattress.

My husband has no issues but he only sleeps on it about 6 nights per month, as he travels for work and sleeps mainly in hotels. Add to that his ability to sleep whenever, wherever, even the floor.
