I bought the set 11 years ago, and this pillow top was amazing for 10 years before I began to notice body impressions. The warranty was for 10 years, so in my opinion, 10 years of a super-comfy mattress was great.

The best part is that it was only $500 for the set, so I feel like it was a great value for the price I paid.

Some of the other website reviews are so bad for King Koil, and it makes me wonder if they are made up to make the company look bad. They've been in business for a very long time, so it stands to reason that over the years, the company has made high quality products or they'd be out of business.

You bring up an important point about bad reviews and one that we totally agree with.

While we doubt that anyone is actively trying to make the company look bad, you have to keep in mind that people are much more likely to post a review if they have a problem with their purchase. This tends to skew online reviews toward the negative in general, regardless of brand.

With any company that's been around for a while, we think it's reasonable to assume that the silent majority of their customers are perfectly happy.
