King Koil Plush Pillowtop

I bought my plush mattress 4 years ago. I paid R6000. It WAS a wonderful bed and gave me a good nights rest for a while.

Then suddenly it sagged and now has huge body impressions in it. Customer service refuses to replace the bed, they say it is normal wear and tear.

The inspector came and checked it out. He jumped on my bed like a kid. The noises the bed made sounded as if the whole thing was broken inside.

Then they came back and said - "Sorry, normal wear and tear".

I will NEVER recommend King Koil to anyone again.
