This is a firm, pillowtop model that cost over $700 and began to get body impressions just months after we bought it.

The representative I spoke with from the company assured me this was normal and if I continued to sleep on it and rotate the mattress as recommended it would be fine.

This was not the case even though I rotated the mattress regularly. It has continued to get worse over time and after almost two years it is less comfortable than the 12 year old Basset mattress it replaced.

There are large body impressions now. I consider it a complete waste of money, and I would not recommend this mattress to anyone. Our couch provides more support.
