King Koil Empress Queen Size

Our mattress set was sold to us with a new bedroom set. Sadly, we bought it on sale without trying it. We took it on "King Koil is a good name, and this is a great price".

It was great at first, firm, but very comfortable. Within 3 months we felt lumps, like springs. We called our retailer who put us in touch with the local King Koil rep. He came to our home, agreed and said it would be replaced. And it was, after 3 more months and several phone calls.

However, it still squeaked. The retailer said they could replace that themselves, which they did after 3 more months and several phone calls.

So now we have a new mattress and boxspring.... and still have lumps and squeaks. The retailer tells us the rep will call.... but only after several more calls. He does come to our home again, only to tell us we bought a low quality set, usually only meant for students and the spare room.... where it wouldn't be used?

Now no one answers our calls.
