King Koil Deville Pillowtop Mattress

Very unsatisfied with our King Koil Deville mattress. It is a pillowtop, and is like sleeping in a hammock.

It has caused me neck and back pain, of which I have had to go to the chiropractor for. I have had to move into our spare bedroom.

I purchased it from Kanes Furniture, and they sent a technician out to examine the bed, of which they determined there was no "manufacturers defect" - it is a "comfort issue."

Their test was so ridiculous that it totally protects the company, not the consumer. (They put a line over the bed, and then dropped a wooden fold-up ruler on the bed, and took a picture of the indention - of which there was 1/2", not the required 1 1/2" to be considered defective.) A person weighs a lot more than a folding wooden ruler!

When the bed is made, you can even see the indentations through the comforter. I would never recommend this mattress to anyone.
